Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services and website provided by Wermut Solar (“we”, “our”, “the Company”). By accessing our website or purchasing any of our engineering, design, or consultancy services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

1. Scope of Services

Wermut Solar provides engineering consultancy, PV*SOL energy simulation reports, K2 Base roof system layouts, project optimization, technical assessments, and related professional services to EPC firms and other commercial clients. All services are delivered based on the information, documents, and project data provided by the client. We are not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or incorrect client information.

2. Service Delivery & Revisions

Standard delivery for PV*SOL and K2 Base reports is one business day unless otherwise stated. Unlimited revisions are included for each project; however, any revision that constitutes a full redesign due to client changes may be considered a new project at our discretion. Delivery timelines may vary depending on project complexity, data availability, or external factors.

3. Payments

Payments for services must be completed through the online payment system or via invoice, as applicable. Work may only commence after payment confirmation unless a separate written agreement exists. All fees are non-refundable once work has begun due to the nature of digital engineering services.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate project details, drawings, location data, technical specifications, and any other relevant documents required to perform engineering calculations and simulations. The Company is not liable for delays or errors caused by missing or incorrect data.

5. Intellectual Property

All reports, drawings, simulations, layouts, and technical documents produced by Wermut Solar remain the intellectual property of the Company until full payment is received. After payment, clients may use the delivered materials solely for their intended project. Redistribution, resale, modification, or publication of our work without written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wermut Solar provides engineering calculations and simulations based on industry standards and available tools. However, final installation, construction safety, structural compliance, and field verification remain the responsibility of the client or EPC contractor. The Company shall not be held liable for construction errors, installation issues, field deviations, or losses resulting from external conditions or third-party actions.

7. Confidentiality

All client-provided documents, drawings, and project details are treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except when legally required. Clients also agree not to disclose proprietary methods, templates, or internal processes of Wermut Solar.

8. Changes to Terms

Wermut Solar reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Germany.
