All services provided by Wermut Solar consist of engineering, design, simulation, technical reporting, and consultancy work. These services are delivered digitally and do not include physical products.
Deliverables are provided in the form of digital documents, reports, design files, or online consultancy sessions.
Delivery is made via email, WhatsApp, or the client portal, depending on the project.
Delivery times vary according to the service type and are communicated to the client at the start of the project.
Wermut Solar provides unlimited revisions within the agreed project scope.
Revision requests must relate to the technical content of the delivered work.
Requests that significantly alter the project scope may incur additional fees.
Since all services are digital, project-based, and customized, standard product return rules do not apply. However:
If the service has not yet started, the client may request a full refund.
If the service has started but not yet delivered, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.
After the service has been fully delivered, refunds are not available, although satisfaction and revision support are guaranteed.
The project begins upon receipt of payment or written confirmation from the client.
Starting the project implies acceptance of these terms.
The client is responsible for providing the following information in a timely manner:
Project location and technical data
Equipment specifications
Necessary project documents
Schematics, photos, roof plans, and other technical inputs
Delays in providing required information may extend the delivery schedule.
Payments are made before the service begins or according to the agreed project-specific payment plan.
Online payment and bank transfer methods are available.
